What is your return policy?

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied. Here’s how our return policy works:


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused products (sealed and in original packaging) within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange.

Refund Includes: The cost of the items, taxes, and any original shipping costs. (Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.)

Distributor / Membership Guarantee: If you joined as a distributor, Herbalife offers a 12-month “Gold Standard” guarantee for certain kits (e.g. Starter Kit), allowing a full refund if you cancel your distributorship within that period.

How to Request a Refund:

Contact GoHerbal support with your order number and reason for return.

Fill out the Request for Refund Form (you can request this from us).

Return the product (unused, sealed) to us.

Once we receive and verify the return, we’ll process your refund or exchange — usually within 7–10 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we process it quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we can only change or cancel orders within a short time frame.

You can request to cancel or modify your order within one hour of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately with your order number and the changes you’d like to make.

After this one-hour window, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible, since your order may already be packed or shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it following our Return & Refund Policy, provided the items are unopened and unused.
